CA5 Affective Domain Levels 1-3

Receiving

Objective: By the end of this lesson, given information about automotive relays and their related circuits, each student will demonstrate a willingness to expand their knowledge by coming to class on time.

 

Evaluation tool:

The instructor will grade each student on a daily basis on a scale of 1-3 (1=on time; 2=less than 5 minutes late; 3=more than 5 minutes late). 

 

Responding

Objective: By the end of this lesson, given information about automotive relays and their related circuits, each student will demonstrate a willingness to expand their knowledge by participating in class discussions and completing their homework without nagging.

 

Evaluation tool:

The instructor will grade each student on a weekly basis on a scale of 1-5 (1 being worst, 5 being best) on their class participation and homework willingness. 

 

Valuing

Objective: By the end of this lesson, given information about automotive relays and their related circuits, each student will demonstrate a value for the information by suggesting to the instructor alternate ways of presenting the information to struggling students more effectively.

 

Evaluation tool:

The instructor will award 1 extra credit point for each sincere idea presented by students towards improving the quality of instruction.
